starting from 21 may2009
after i had eaten many fried food~
n + almost everyday i sleep at 4am
gud job again to me...
finally superman down
got sick...

1st signal of my sickness
i got cold~flu..
bad cold day~
liquid is rolling down from my nose...
curse "you"!!!!

the liquid keep fall out from my eyes...
is just like im crying...suffer a lot!!~erk~

cant sleep at all!!!~
keep watching de siling of my room~
and keep on snivel

the next day~
starting to feels a bit warm on my tongue~
arh!!~fever is coming...
i drink almost anykind of hot warm herb tea~
no gud at all...
choco warm drink i also tried b4 but still~

wake up in the middle of de night
cant sleep cuz de damm
nasal mucus keep rolling down from my nose!!~
i do excercise in the middle of the night to make myself sweat~
n again~5am i sleep= =

3rd day~
used over 10 pac of tissue..
got a bit koffing....
but i think is ok~
when i feeling a bit better~
i eat Mcdonald...
Big Mac...large french fries n sprite...
after a while i can feels de heat from my forehead...
arh!!~not again~but i cant realli stand when i c de Mc D
plus we havent eat...

and now still no sign of getting well~
arh!!~god bless me getting well soon~
i promise i will take care of my body next time~
